Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the VΞRONOΛ Model Context Protocol (MCP) proxy gateways, command-line interfaces (CLI), cloud registry, or associated dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a corporate entity or enterprise, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

VΞRONOΛ provides an infrastructure layer designed to securely cache, retrieve, and route vectorized framework documentation to local development environments and compatible AI assistants. VΞRONOΛ is a context-delivery mechanism, not a Large Language Model (LLM) provider.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use the Service strictly for its intended purpose of software development and context enrichment. You explicitly agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the VΞRONOΛ cloud registry or vector databases.
  • Deploy automated scraping tools, bots, or malicious scripts against our API endpoints.
  • Attempt to bypass, spoof, or manipulate the credit-metering and token-calculation systems.
  • Use the Service to develop a competing vector-caching product or MCP gateway.

Violation of this AUP will result in immediate, without-notice termination of your account and API access.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Metering

  • Billing Cycles: Certain premium tiers (e.g., the Starter tier) may be billed in multi-month blocks (e.g., 4-month cycles) to offset Merchant of Record (MOR) processing fees for micro-transactions.
  • Token Consumption: API usage is metered based on "context tokens." One context token represents a highly optimized chunk of framework documentation delivered to your local machine. Exhausting your token limit will result in standard rate-limiting until the next billing cycle unless upgraded.
  • Refunds: Due to the compute-heavy nature of vector retrieval, all subscription payments are non-refundable unless legally mandated by your local jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Code: You retain 100% ownership of all proprietary source code, prompts, and local environment variables. The VΞRONOΛ local daemon operates on a zero-scrape architecture and does not transmit your private IP to our servers.
  • Our Infrastructure: VΞRONOΛ retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the CLI proxy, the centralized caching algorithms, the vector registry, and the VΞRONOΛ brand and trademarks.

6. Limitation of Liability (AI Code Generation)

VΞRONOΛ DELIVERS CONTEXT, NOT GUARANTEES. BECAUSE OUR SERVICE INJECTS DATA INTO THIRD-PARTY AI MODELS (E.G., CLAUDE, OPENAI) WHICH MAY HALLUCINATE OR PRODUCE UNPREDICTABLE RESULTS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BUGS, SYSTEM CRASHES, DATA LOSS, OR SECURITY BREACHES IN YOUR APPLICATIONS CAUSED BY AI-GENERATED CODE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Unless you are actively subscribed to an Enterprise Custom tier with a signed, written SLA contract, VΞRONOΛ does not guarantee 100% uptime. The public cloud registry is maintained on a "best-effort" basis. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable prior notice via the developer dashboard.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may periodically update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VΞRONOΛ is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Private Beta

VΞRONOΛ is currently in a closed, invite-only beta to ensure maximum vector retrieval speeds for our early partners. Public access will open once the beta phase concludes. Thank you for your patience.
